The AISF session that took me by surprise this year was the composting class. Five seconds into his presentation, Mr. Zarron Brown’s  love for nature  was evident. I would like to share Randy Spirick's behavior management program.  It is called CHAMP and can be utilized amongst all age ranges and subjects.  He spoke about how to make sure you had clear expectations set from the beginning of the school year.  When implementing this program make sure to set attainable guidelines.  CHAMP stands for the following:
